Are you going through the Play Store or App Manager?

Check the settings - security - device administrator. If the app is there uncheck it.

Maybe the reason you don't have the option of removing it is due to it running currently. Try going into the Application manager and force stopping it, and then try uninstalling again.

I just checked the Dynamic Notifications app to confirm that process. That setting must be somewhere in your phone. It seems that they changed the security settings in the S6. Check under lockscreen, just in case.

Click on settings, and just use the Search option you have at the top and type Device Administrator, it must be there.

That doesn't work on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Searching for "administrator" should work. This could also vary depending on variant, but is more likely to work.

Check for it under Settings - Accessibility then scroll all the way down to Services and see if it's there. I remember when I used it before it was in the same place I have to activate Greenify.

If I remember correctly, when I used Dynamic Notifications on my N5, there was an option in the settings within the app to uninstall.
